For 14 years, Varvara Bril has been creating truly warm and meticulously planned events — from children’s parties and corporate events for 100+ guests to weddings, conferences, and tango gatherings. She has also been dancing Argentine tango for 14 years, and in Barcelona she has brought together her love for the dance and her organizational expertise.
In Barcelona, she has organized local milongas, Festivallito Tango Weekend, Festivallito 2 Tango in Red (100+ guests), Festivalito 3 Tango in Gold (100+ guests), and a large international festival for 200 attendees — with many more exciting ideas ahead. Her main goal is to make Barcelona the best place in the world for tango festivals and marathons.

Professional Dancers and Teachers of Argentine Tango
Cynthia and Sebastian are renowned Argentine tango dancers, choreographers, and teachers from Argentina. Both began dancing at an early age — Cynthia at 3 years old and Sebastian at 5 — and have dedicated their entire lives to the art of dance.
Cynthia Palacios is a professional ballet and Spanish dance teacher, social psychologist, and founder of the Arte y Estilo dance school in the province of Río Negro. She is a multiple-time champion of the Patagonian Championship in the “Pista” and “Scenario” categories (2007, 2008, 2011, 2015, and 2017), as well as an experienced tango teacher and choreographer.
Sebastian Bolivar is a professional folklore and tango dancer, trained in boleadoras and the Argentine percussion instrument bombo. He has performed in prestigious tango academies in Buenos Aires such as Café Tortoni, Añoranzas, and Proyecciones, and achieved 4th place in the Mundial de Tango 2017 and 2018 in the Tango Pista category.
Since 2019, they have been performing together, forming a unique artistic partnership characterized by elegance, musicality, and authentic Argentine expression. Since then, they have taught and performed on leading international stages and festivals across Europe, Asia, Oceania, and the Americas.

Agostina Tarchini & Mariano Agustín Messad
Agostina Tarchini, born in Santiago del Estero. She is a choreographer and professional dancer. She holds a degree in Psychology, graduating with honors from the University of El Salvador in Argentina.

Runner-up at the TangoVía Fair Festival in Manizales, Colombia (2015).
Best Female Dancer at the CIOFF Buyukcekmece Festival (Turkey, 2016).
Miss Festival at the CIOFF “Interfolk Festival” in Kolobrzeg, Poland (2016).
Recipient of the Diomedes Tunez Award for her contributions to cultural identity (Venezuela, 2018).
She participated in the Latin Grammy Awards performing with Shakira and Bizarrap.

Mariano Agustín Messad
Dancer, teacher, and choreographic director of the Official Delegation of Santiago del Estero, with over 20 years of international experience. Since 2002, he has been the principal dancer of the Latin American Folkloric Ballet “Santiago del Estero”, performing throughout America, Europe, and Asia. Specialized in Argentine folk dance and tango, he has represented Argentina in renowned international festivals and events. Currently based between Córdoba (Argentina) and Barcelona (Spain), he continues his artistic and teaching career. Upcoming project: dancer in the opera “María de Buenos Aires” in Düsseldorf, Germany (2026).

Selen Sürek & Alper Ergökmen
Alper Ergökmen and Selen Sürek are two professional tango dancers and instructors who have been working together in the tango world since 2004. Over the years, they have not only introduced and popularized the art of tango in Turkey and internationally, but have also earned significant recognition through their numerous achievements and awards.
Alper Ergökmen and Selen Sürek’s tango journey began in 2004 when they first trained at Akademi Tango, one of Turkey’s leading tango schools.
In 2008, they became World Champions at the TDF (Turkish Dance Sport Federation) and IDSF (International Dance Sport Federation) joint-organized World Tango Championship.
Since 2009, Alper Ergökmen and Selen Sürek have been teaching tango and performing at various events across Turkey and around the world. They have been committed to sharing not just the technical movements of tango, but also its emotional depth, cultural significance, and aesthetic beauty. They have released five albums through prestigious music labels. Their original album “Hola Astor,” blending tango with jazz and rock elements, has been hailed by critics as a revolutionary contribution to the genre.
At the beginning of 2025, the band's latest album will be released, featuring original music that combines the essence of tango nuevo with jazz and minimal music. The recordings were made at the iconic Fortmusic Studio in Buenos Aires, with guest appearances by world-class Argentine jazz musicians, including Daniel Pipi Piazzolla – grandson of Astor Piazzolla, and prominent music producers.
